Horoskop

In HR, “Horoskop” typically refers to the practice of using astrology to gain insights into personal and professional characteristics based on an individual’s zodiac sign. While not a conventional HR practice, some organizations may use horoscopes to promote team bonding or engagement, as well as to offer employees a fun way to reflect on their personalities and improve workplace dynamics. It is based on the belief that celestial positions at the time of one’s birth influence an individual’s traits, relationships, and work preferences. However, reliance on horoscopes for serious HR decisions is generally discouraged, given the lack of empirical support and potential biases involved.
